What happens to your data when you book a sponsor slot.
When you book a slot: your name, email address, optional website link, optional VAT/company number, and the logo file you upload. No account or password is created — your email is only used to send your access link and booking confirmation, and (if provided) for the channel owner’s own invoicing.
The sponsor board only ever shows your name, logo, and website link. Your email address is private unless you explicitly tick the box to show it — that setting defaults to off.
Once approved, your logo/name/link appear in the video itself (on YouTube) and on the edition’s board page, which stays online permanently as a historical record — the same way the video itself stays published. This is inherent to what a sponsor slot is: a paid placement in a public medium.
You can ask to have your logo, name, or link removed (anonymized) from the board page at any time by emailing support@sponsornext.video. Note that this only affects the web page — a video that has already been published on YouTube with your slot in it cannot be edited or re-uploaded after the fact.
